Apparently, the Senate does some things right!
There was a bill by the FCC that was trying to allow big media companies to buy up and take over local media outlets and the senate voted no! (read more at stopbigmedia.com) Of, course Bush is gonna try to veto, but it is up to the House now! The centerformediajustice.org also was fighting against this bill. They are an org based in Oakland that does great,groundbreaking work on media reform and representation!
Lets take our media back folks, search and create, get tired of being fed...
